What you'll do
- —Identify and engage international founders and teams who are actively building digital products
- —Own outreach across LinkedIn, Upwork, and anywhere founders hang out
- —Be the first conversation someone has with Sprout — make it a great one
- —Qualify inbound and outbound leads and build a consistent, high-quality pipeline
- —Work closely with the founding team to iterate on messaging and positioning
What we're looking for
- —2+ years of experience in lead gen, sales development, or BD — ideally in a tech or agency context
- —Proven track record sourcing and converting quality leads from LinkedIn or Upwork
- —Excellent written communication — you know how to write outreach that doesn't sound like spam
- —Self-starter who can manage their own pipeline and hit targets without hand-holding
- —Comfortable working across time zones in a fully remote setup
Nice to have
- —Experience selling software development, design, or product services
- —An existing network in the startup or VC ecosystem
- —Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Notion, etc.)
